Refund policy

At Elivora, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our premium abayas and signature fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Abayas: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. We cannot accept abayas with makeup stains, perfume scents, or alterations.

Perfumes: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, perfumes can only be returned or exchanged if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
